Ostuni, known as the “white city”, stands on a hill full of houses that arise between narrow alleys and splendid views from which you can admire a breathtaking view. Walking through the narrow streets of this quaint town, you find yourself in places of timeless beauty and a fairytale atmosphere.
Also not to be missed is the Cathedral and the portal of the Church of the Holy Spirit, dating back to 1450, today recognized as a national monument. Among the unmissable places are the La Concattedrale, a church dating back to the 1400s which is located at the highest point of the city, the Bishop’s Palace and the Seminary, connected by a stone bridge called “la Loggia”. Another attraction of Ostuni are the 17 kilometers of beaches, characterized by crystalline sea and golden beaches, so much so as to be defined as the cleanest sea in Italy and to receive the Blue Flag and the Five Sails of Legambiente.
